2022 Rotary dozen dinner draw details!

Only 300 tickets sold.

 

The odds of winning each prize are 1 in 300 (based on 300 tickets sold).

 

Tickets are $50.00 each.

 

The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, participants do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

 

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be ordered in the state of New York.

 

The liability of the licensee (Ithaca Rotary Club) of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

 

Each prize consists of certificates/vouchers/cards (hereinafter referred to as “Gift cards”) from participating restaurants. Gift cards are grouped within individual prizes by the licensee at its sole discretion. Gift cards must be used at the restaurant specified on the particular Gift card. Gift cards have no cash surrender value, no cash back policy and are valid for dine-in food purchases only unless specified otherwise. Gift cards do not include taxes and gratuities. Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged, replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, refunded or combined with any other offer. Some gift cards have an expiry date, are limited to one card per visit, must be presented upon booking or arrival, and with management reserving all rights. Some restaurants may require a reservation in advance.

 

  1. Prize winner must accept prize as-is and cannot request any substitution or cash equivalent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the licensee reserves in its sole discretion the right to substitute any prize for a similar prize of equivalent value or to an equivalent amount in cash.

    1. Draw Date: Wednesday, February 9, 2022

    3. The draw will be operated by officials of the Ithaca Rotary Club (the “Operators”) and will take place at the weekly Rotary Club of Ithaca meeting.

    4. The order of the draws will be determined by the Operators.

    5. Each prize draw will select one (1) winner and that winning ticket is selected from the draw drum at random.

    6. In the instance where multiple tickets are inadvertently selected from the draw drum, and this is identified prior to the read in of the ticket number or name on the ticket, the Operators will halt the draw immediately, tickets will be returned to the drum and the draw procedure will be performed to determine one (1) winner.

    8. In the event that multiple tickets are inadvertently pulled from the draw drum, and this is not identified prior to the identifying and reading of the ticket number or name on the ticket, the ticket number or name read aloud, confirmed and recorded is deemed to be the first ticket pulled and therefore established as the valid winner.

    10. A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by the draw Operators.

    12. Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket. Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder.

    14. Prize winners are asked to claim prizes in a timely manner following notification. Any prizes that are not claimed shall be secured for a period of one year from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.

    15. Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by the licensee for publicity purposes.
